Father of 2 with an MBA from Wake Forest University, I have lead Sales and Marketing teams for 20+ years at large companies like Mercedes-Benz, Polo Ralph Lauren, Rubbermaid, and Hanes. Before coming to IOP Escapes in my current role, I was a customer. After purchasing a home on Isle of Palms in 2022, my wife and I researched all the property management companies on the island. We selected IOP Escapes for their dynamic pricing expertise, having a manager inspect every property before check-in, close relationships with maintenance contractors, and local hands on approach.

I have worked in the service industry since high school. The main focus of my work has been managing offices. I have worked in restaurant, hotel, travel, medical, architectural, and now property management. Across all of these industries, I look forward to organizing and streamlining procedures so that things run smoothly on the operations side. I also like the challenge of finding solutions that are cost effective.

Originally a Northern New Jersey Native, Trish found her way to the Lowcountry after years of family vacations to Isle of Palms and attending the College of Charleston. Now living in the Park Circle neighborhood, she's a proud dog mom to two lovable pitbulls, Kahlua and Cash. When she's not crafting the company's marketing strategies and sharing the magic of Isle of Palms with future guests, you'll find her planning her next adventure (with Peru & Greece ranking as her favorite destinations so far) or cheering on her beloved Yankees – proving you can take the girl out of Jersey, but you can't take the Jersey out of the girl.
