Walk out your back door directly on to the beach path and your feet will hit the sand in less than three minutes.

This home is professionally decorated with 2 King Rooms and 2 Queen Rooms (total of three queen beds). Additional sleeping space in the downstairs kids area on the full sized sleeping sofa. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook. Dining area perfect for hosting an evening dinner then gather around the fire pit on the rockers to enjoy an evening outdoors. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful beach home.

Inside, the home is professionally decorated as the perfect beach getaway, complete with coastal themed rooms and decorations, encouraging a relaxing vacation throughout your whole stay. The large living room with seating for all is great for family game nights, and the dining room is perfect for dinners with friends. Additionally, the spacious kitchen, right off of the dining room, is a faultless location for early morning breakfasts before the beach, or late lunches for guests who prefer to sleep in late. With renovated amenities and appliances, cooking could not be easier during your stay, and will make your vacation even more enjoyable. The bedrooms, two king rooms, one single queen room, and another with two queens, continue the modern coastal look, and the comfortable bedding and mattresses will ensure you and your family restful nights of sleep before big days on the sand.

Back outside, a screened-in patio, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture, is great for late night conversations with friends, and is the perfect way to end any night during your stay. Throughout the day, this already shaded patio is further shadowed with the soft green leaves of the large trees around, and receives a refreshing ocean breeze, making it the best place to read a book or to enjoy lunch after a day in the waves.

Spending your vacation this close to the beach, your trip will definitely be filled with lots of beach waves and fun in the sand, but this family-style, modern home will ensure that it will be full of memories and valuable family time as well. Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 4 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
