Come enjoy a true IOP experience at the Sea Glass house! With 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, you will have plenty of room for your family or group. It's in a prime location to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars in the front beach area of IOP. After a short walk back from the beach during the day, you can enjoy the pool in the afternoon or gather on 1 of the 2 rooftop decks. Amazing views of east and west for a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

The light-filled open kitchen and great room offers plenty of seating and space for all. The bedrooms are spacious and seven of the eight bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms. The elevator goes from the garage up to the roof top level. All bedrooms have 43 inch 4k Samsung Smart TVs. The house has been freshly painted inside and out in April 2019. Some of the updates under new 2019 ownership include family room and kitchen furnishings, yard improvements, landscape lighting, larger TVs, all new linens, redesigned garage/game room area with a shuffle board/pool table and TV, corn hole, new outdoor rooftop deck conversation seating, general art and décor, a new grill, Xbox and Keurig coffee maker. House is equipped with beach chairs and 2 beach wagons.

Minimum age to rent is 30. No parties or events permitted. All guests must comply with the City of IOP rules for number of guests and noise levels which are posted at the property.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 5 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.

✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This is our second rental property in IOP. Our other home has almost 100 5 star reviews so be confident we take pride in offering beautiful homes for our guests to make great memories with family and friends. Just purchased in April 2019 and many updates already including top to bottom painting inside and out, resurfacing of the roof, outside uplighting, all new family room furniture, new dining room furniture, new counter stools. Most of the outside furniture is new including an amazing rooftop seating area. Art, pillows, decor, lamps, family games are all new as of April 2019 as well as the grill and keurig coffee maker.
