Holiday Festival of Lights

Spend a night on your vacation enjoying beautiful displays of holiday lights in Charleston! This walk or drive-through exhibit features fun rides for kids, art displays by locals, and more holiday lights and decorations than you can imagine!

Holiday Street Festival on Isle of Palms

Enjoy food vendors, arts and crafters, children’s activities, and live entertainment on Front Beach, Isle of Palms, to celebrate the holiday season

Wine Under the Oaks at Boone Hall Plantation

Start off your December right with wine tastings from all over the lowcountry!

December 4th, 3:00PM

City of Charleston Holiday Parade and Marion Square Tree Lighting Ceremony

Enjoy local parade floats and end the night at the annual Marion Square tree lighting at this event!
Watch the parade along the parade route, which will travel starting at Broad Street at Rutledge, then North on Meeting Street, and will conclude on Calhoun Street at Meeting Street.

December 10th, 9AM

Reindeer Run

Show your holiday spirit by walking or running the 31st annual Reindeer Run throughout Charleston!
The 5k race is family oriented, pet friendly, and the funds will be donated to MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital, located in downtown Charleston.
Running or walking the race requires an entry fee, and registration can be done online. With this registration, you will receive a free T-shirt!
Additionally, a costume contest will be held, and winners of multiple categories will be rewarded.

New Year’s Eve All-Inclusive Luau Party at Coconut Joe’s

Dress to impress and celebrate the new year at Coconut Joe’s with an open bar, large buffet, and live music!
